Syllabus for Competitive Examination for the Post of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) (Grade – II & Grade III), Secondary Education Department:
For the Competitive Examination for the Post of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Grade II & Grade III:
- The Objective Written Examination Question Paper shall carry Maximum 200 marks.
- Duration of the Competitive Examination will be Composite 02 Hours / Two Hours.
- The Objective Written Examination shall comprise 100 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type.
- The Paper shall include the following Subjects carrying the number of the Marks as shown against each of them:
i) Geographical, Historical, Cultural and General Knowledge of Rajasthan: 80 Marks
ii) Current Affairs of Rajasthan: 20 Marks
iii) General Knowledge of the World and India: 60 Marks
iv) Educational Psychology: 40 Marks = Total 200 Marks
- All the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions in the Test Question Booklets carry Equal Marks.
- There will be Negative Marking for Wrong Response / Answers for each Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.

Pattern of the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination / Test Question Booklet comprising the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions:

For the Competitive Examination for the Post of Physical Training Instructor Grade II & Grade III:
- The Objective Test Question Paper shall carry Maximum 260 Marks.
- Examination Duration for the Objective Competitive Examination comprising the Test Question Booklet Question Paper will be 02 (Two) Hours.
- The Optical Mark Recognition Based Answers Sheet / Test Question Booklet Question Paper would comprise 130 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type.
- All the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination carry Equal Marks.
- There shall be Negative Marking for Wrong Answers to each Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.
